{Pasta night} Memphis photographer/cook

Hello everyone

I’m back with a new recipe. This one is a Red Pasta sauce full of vegis (so your kids will eat them)

Ingredient list:

2 large cans of crushed tomatoes

2 cans of diced tomatoes

1 small can of tomato paste

olive oil

salt/pepper

a/b 10 mini carrots

a/b 5 mushrooms

pesto (only if you want it)

1lb of meat (i used turkey this day use whatever you want:)

1/2 an onion

2-3 tbl spoons of garlic or more

basil (i used some from my stash in the freezer)

1 box of pasta product (i used bowtie timmys favorite)

dice all of the vegis add salt, pepper, pesto, garlic, and olive oil to pot… cook a/b 3 minutes .

cook and drain meat. From there add the meat to your pot along with the cans of sauce. simmer for 3-4 hours

Cook pasts according to directions… pour yourself a glass of wine and enjoy.

Yummy! I might try this minus the meat, of course! :) Looks divine! Hey, what lighting is used for Lola’s photo? I hate taking indoor photos because of the flash. Thanks for the great recipe!

its indoor… i turned up the iso and shot at 1.4 i believe. and then brightened it up a bit in photoshop.. i hate taking pictures at night in my home. i have the worst florescent lighting.
